Rock a blue waterline like Selena!

I wore blue eyeliner today, but I'm not sure if you can see it very well in the photos. The look is so lovely on Selena, giving the illusion of bright eyes! I used a pencil from a magazine, but I'm sure any brand eye pencil will do. Rimmel's are quite good.
